A 10-unit residential development bordering the Cuyahoga National Valley. Provided clearing, utility, roadway, and grade staking.

A 43-acre residential development. Provided clearing staking and construction staking for utilities, roadways, and pavement.

Vermilion Shores Condominiums, Vermilion, Ohio
This 110-unit condominium project required construction staking for all buildings, columns, utilities, roadways, and parking, along with condominium platting.

Valley Creek Estates, Macedonia, Ohio
An 88-unit residential cluster home project. Provided clearing staking and construction staking for utilities, roadways, and site grading.

Sumner on Ridgewood, Copley Township, Ohio
A 203-unit retirement community on 64-acres. Construction staking of utilities, roadways, detention ponds, sidewalks, and the final as-built surveys for the various campus buildings including the green houses, skilled care, maintenance building, manor house, apartments, and parking garage.

The Weils of Bainbridge, Bainbridge Township, Ohio
A retirement community on 46-acres for Montefiore Supportive Housing. On this project we performed construction staking of clearing, parking, roadways, utilities, detention basins, building pads, and conservation zone easements.

Jennings Center for Older Adults, Garfield Heights, Ohio
A community for older adults providing assisted living, senior apartments, and nursing home facilities. Performed a topographic and location survey.

Athenian Village, North Royalton, Ohio
A luxury senior living community on a 30-acre campus. Provided the existing conditions survey, condominium platting, and construction staking for residential units, community center, skilled nursing center, lake, waterfall, and walking trails.

Millcreek Subdivision, Cleveland, Ohio
Spanning 58-acres, a 271-unit, new-urbanist, single family home community. Provided construction staking for all facets of the development.
